Meet The Founder, diagnosed with ADHD at 32 years old, Brad Salter
As a passionate advocate for neurodiversity and inclusion, Brad has spent the majority of his career stumbling between various roles and careers with lots of confusion until at 32, getting a formal ADHD diagnosis. From serving in the Royal Navy as an engineer then transitioning into a corporate environment, he struggled massively during his career as he found workplaces were unaware of how to best support him which ultimately left him and many others with frustration and discontent with work. During this time, he's witnessed the impact of diagnosed and undiagnosed neurodivergent persons contribution to adding value to a company. Realising their neurodiverse way of thinking can have a considerable contribution to the Australian Workforce.
